Issue 1
The newsletter introduces the overall project objectives and framework. Furthermore, it presents important events and the progress realised during the 1st year of the project, and summarizes the analysis of water management issues, undertaken within its framework in the Damour River Basin of Lebanon.

Issue 2
The newsletter presents the outcomes of the Joint Event organized by the INECO and Nostrum-DSS Projects in Cyprus, on October 25th 2007. It is also dedicated to the presentation of highlights and main outcomes of the INECO Stakeholder Workshops held in Egypt (July 2007), Syria (September 2007), Lebanon (September 2007) and Cyprus (October 2007).

Issue 3
This issue of the INECO Newsletter aims at presenting progress achieved thus far in the Project Case Studies, in terms of defining potential responses towards the mitigation of focal water management problems experienced in each INECO region.

Issues 4-5
The newsletter summarizes final outputs from the Case Studies of Syria, Tunisia, Egypt, and Cyprus. It further presents the final INECO publishable results and the INECO Web Toolbox. A dedicated section is devoted to the INECO Final Conference Event that was implemented in Cyprus, on June 11th 2009, and to individual events undertaken by project participants for the dissemination of final project outputs.
