For discussing upon specific proposals/actions for enhancing the coordination, dissemination and exploitation of research outcomes, the event participants were divided into 2 sub-groups.  After the drafting of a set of proposals from each sub-group, all participants gathered in the "Agora" (the common room), and contributed to the formulation of the draft declaration by indicating their preferences on each proposal statement by posting a coloured card on the board, as shown in the pictures below.
