The 8^th EcoWater Case Study Workshop was held on 19^th of March 2014 at the Countryside of Au. The event focused on the EcoWater Case Study on the urban water systems. It was aimed mainly at  the baseline eco-efficiency results for the case study and a discussion of the proposed technologies and option for the improvement of eco-efficiency.

The Workshop was attended by representatives of fiveProject Partners (FHNW, UACEG, NTUA, DELTARES and Open University UK) and twelve local actors (Office of waste, water energy and air Canton Zurich (AWEL), Departmental manager wastewater municipality of Waedenswil, Technical director WWTP Waedenswil/ Rietliau, Technical director water treatment plant Hirsacker-Appital, Manager technical services Frutarom Switzerland Ltd., Environmental consultancy and University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland).
