PhD ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
Her dissertation title was: “Biosensors applications for continuous monitoring of organic load and toxicity in aerobic wastewater treatment facilities”. She obtained her PhD in Water Resources Management from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Civil Engineering Department) in 2006. Her thesis was on: "Integrated water resources management: application of balanced score card at Nestos river basin”. In the past, she has worked as consultant for ISO 9000 quality management systems and contributed to the elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessments and technical studies for solid waste management facilities. She has also worked on European research projects related to water resources management.
