The 4th WaterStrategyMan Project Meeting was held in Paris, France, at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses, on the 8th and 9th October 2003. The meeting had a triple character, as it incorporated a Public Workshop, a Project Meeting and a Cluster Meeting into one venue. The workshop aimed at presenting and discussing the results of the Analysis Phase, particularly the developed GIS Decision Support System, at validating the developed methodology and selected tools, to prepare the development of water management scenarios and to train participants on the DSS and methodology application issues.
