The second survey on the INECO Tunisia Case Study concerned the screening of alternative instruments towards the mitigation of groundwater overexploitation in the Nabeul Governorate and in Tunisia.
In total 64 persons, representatives from governmental authorities, researchers, water users and NGOs responded to a simple questionnaire, aimed at mapping the views of respondents on the applicability, suitability and relevance of different instrument categories in addressing (a) the issue at hand and (b) responding to future water management challenges of the country.
