Part of the work undertaken in the INECO project concerns the evaluation of the applicability and feasibility of institutional and economic instruments for mitigating the water pollution and drinking water safety issues experienced in the Bahr Basandeila region. The INECO team would like to seek your assistance in the performance of this task, as an important part of this process consists of asking individuals, water users, governmental organizations and all actors concerned of their opinion and preference.

Your response to the questions in the questionnaire that follows will contribute greatly to our knowledge and research. You can respond as a general observer on how you would view the implementation of each instrument in the community, as someone with direct experience on water management issues or from both perspectives.
